For the production of complex steel components in smaller series, CIREX has set up a modern lost wax model foundry in the Czech Republic. Here, CIREX can also produce cast pieces of larger dimensions. Flexible production is paramount here. Although production is done in the Czech Republic, the entire coordination and communication is done from the headquarters in the Netherlands. Solid quality for Czech prices. The smelting capacity is 800 tons of steel per year; the series size varies between 10 and 50,000 pieces per year.

CIREX's headquarters and knowledge center are located in Almelo, Netherlands. Our automated facility is ideal for producing large to very large series of steel components. We work closely with customers to develop and produce custom steel components, ranging from 10,000 to 5,000,000 units per year.

The 654,559-square foot location is divided into seven fully-automated modules generating faster lead times than any other investment casting company in the industry. The entire complex—from top to bottom, one end to the other—is designed to facilitate the efficient, unbroken flow of product.
