Dynacast International Inc. is pleased to announce that as of Tuesday, January 9, 2018, Signicast and its partnering divisions will become a family of brands under a newly formed entity, Form Technologies, led by Dynacast’s current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Simon Newman.Form Technologies will combine three world-leading precision component manufacturers in their respective market segments—Dynacast for precision engineered die cast components, Signicast for investment casting and prototyping, and OptiMIM, the company’s new brand for metal injection molding.
