Full-Time and Seasonal  -

Manufacturing Technician

Job Description:  

We are currently looking to add Full-Time and Seasonal Manufacturing Technicians -  

Seasonal employment is employment that does not continue year-round.  Seasonal employees will help us meet our customer needs during our busiest time of the year.  We anticipate our seasonal employees will work from January 1st to approximately June 1st.  Our goal is to develop a well-trained reoccurring seasonal workforce in order to meet our production needs. 

We have openings for Team members in the following areas -

Full-Time and Seasonal - Wax Cell Technician

Work on Wax Injection Presses, prepare Sprues to assemble parts and assemble Wax Molds.   All of these jobs require good inspection of the parts as well as manual dexterity.  Person must be quality minded and have an eye for detail.

Full-Time and Seasonal - Dip / Dewax Cell Technician

Learn to coat wax molds with ceramic material, learn to control & operate our robots for dipping molds and operate our high-pressure autoclave for wax removal.

Full-Time and Seasonal - Melt / Rough Clean Cell Technician

Work in a fast-paced, foundry environment learning to work with different metals.  Will also perform a variety of jobs throughout the melt area including: furnace operation, pouring molten metal, preparing ladles, using a water blast machine and removing casts from molds. 

Full-Time and Seasonal - Finishing Cell Technician

Work in sandblast and gate grind as well as visually inspecting parts and using deburring hand tools.  Skills desired are good math aptitude, mechanically inclined, hand-eye coordination and to be detail oriented.  Person must be able to work in a fast paced environment with emphasis on quality and be committed to excellence. 

 

Full-Time Starting Pay:     Days = $12.34/hour   Nights = $13.07/hour

Seasonal Starting Pay:     Days = $14.50/hour   Nights = $15.52/hour


             Our facilities have 4 teams working a 2-2-3 / 12-hour shift 

    • A & B Teams work days from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    • C & D Teams work nights from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Maintenance Technician

Job Description:   Currently we are looking to add a highly motivated, results-oriented person to our Maintenance team in Hartford, WI. The position will be on the night shift from 6pm to 6am on a 2-2-3, 12-hour schedule. The ideal candidate must have all-around maintenance skills and a strong mechanical background. Candidates should be experienced in the following areas:

Qualifications:

• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems • Hydraulic and Machine repair • Plumbing • Welding • Fabrication • HVAC • PLC experience is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Account Manager

Job Description:   The ideal candidate for this position will have well-developed communication, problem-solving and organizational skills that can thrive in a fast paced environment.  The individual chosen must work effectively with our customers, sales representatives, engineers, and co-workers.  The position involves new account prospecting and conversion, relationship building, new program development, account profitability and effective problem solving with a focus on satisfying the customer.  The ability to develop and land new business is a must!  Travel required.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree
  • 5+ years successful technical sales experience in manufacturing
  • Negotiation and project management skills
  • Experience selling custom engineered products across a broad range of markets
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to think on your feet

Safety Intern

Job Description:  

The ideal candidate for this position will have good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills that can thrive in a fast paced environment, able to think on their feet and work effectively with co-workers.  The candidate must be majoring in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).  Candidates should have experienced in the following areas:

Duties and Responsibilities:

            Will Assist Safety Department in the following:

  • Developing specific, visual lockout/tagout procedures for all the machinery.

  • Start a new visual Personal Protective Equipment Program (PPE). Where we will document all safety equipment required for specific job task.

  • Conduct accident investigations, doing follow-up with the corrective actions to assure the proper measures were completed.

  • Analysis injuries and finding the root cause -- help in putting corrective measures into place to assure the injury will not reoccur.

  • Conduct Ergonomic assessments of existing and future work stations.

  • Modifying and updating our current MSDS’s system while transitioning our program to the GHS system.

  • Complete internal audits of all Signicast’s Safety Functions.

  • Manage Workers Compensation claims, reviews and cost management.

  • Conduct Quarterly Environmental testing, annual reporting and required.

  • Train employee on various safety related topic.

  • New Construction safety audits and planning.

  • Electrical safety program improvements and training

  • Fall protection plan

  • Other EHS, and HR Duties as required 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Completing major in Environmental, Health and Safety.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

  • This Internship will start in May and run through August.
