So when a major American manufacturer of agricultural implements needed two new component prototypes for fit-up testing on a new seeding unit, they needed them fast. Production of the machines was scheduled to begin in just a few weeks.

Taking advantage of our in-house Tooling Center, Signicast designers and engineers designed and produced the necessary tooling in record time. In the same time it takes other suppliers to produce prototypes, Signicast was able to provide actual samples from production-intent tooling for the testing. Both part samples passed with flying colors and were released into production well under budget – and well in time for planting season.
