Engineering Support

From rapid prototyping and solidification modeling to CAD/CAM design assistance, Signicast engineers do everything possible to make sure our customers fully capitalize on "the Signicast Advantage".

Scale

We produce investment castings in the size range from a few ounces to over 100 pounds. Quantities for the investment castings range from just a few up to hundreds of thousands per year. We pride ourselves in being able to provide the customer with their investment casting requirements no matter what quantity, alloy, or complexity.

Scope

We pour over 100 different alloys, the most popular of which are 300 and 400 series stainless steels, low alloy steels and carbon steels. Other alloys include cobalt base, nickel base, tool steels, precipitation hardened stainless steels, and many other specialty metals.
