Signicast
operates not one, but five high-quality investment casting
plants at two locations in Southeast Wisconsin. At the
Hartford complex,
each module operates as a plant unto itself, with its
own engineering, production, purchasing, and maintenance
staff. Heading each team are engineering and manufacturing
managers, as well as a plant engineer. With a worldwide
reputation for state-of-the-art, automated investment
casting efficiency, Hartford tends to get the bulk of
the attention.
The Milwaukee
facility, however – which functions as more of a
traditional job shop – is also an important part
of the Signicast equation. It is less specialized than
the facilities in Hartford, and plays a vital role in
making sure our customers get the highest-quality investment
castings in the shortest possible time – at a much
lower cost than you might expect.
